I hail from Kishtwar and presently pursuing my Law Degree from Jammu University. People of Kashmir should also be given same kind of relaxation rather benefit. Any certificate issued by government should not create wedge between two regions. If Dogra certificate is given to Jammu youth, Kashmiri certificate should be given to youth of Kashmir so that they not feel alienated.
