I fail to understand why so much of hue & cry on Dogra certificate issue. This is a non issue and the misgivings raised by the section of the society would be settled by the cabinet. Dogra certificate should be given to the youth of Jammu -Hindus , Muslims, Sikhs and other and I don’t see any thing wrong in it.
