| 'Debate on Dogra certificate issue in positive context' | | | Early Times Report

Dogra certificate issue is a non-issue and the misgiving it raised by the section of the society would be settled by cabinet. This was stated by PCC chief Prof.Saifudin Soz in a press conference recently. Even though some sections particularly in Kashmir valley are spreading rumor about Dogra Certificate. The certificate will benefit only in central forces. Early Times speaks to many more about this issue.
