| Leelakaran denies issuing statement | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 17: Former Convenor of Shri Amarnath Sangharsh Samiti Leelakaran Sharma has denied of having given any statement with regard to switching over of seven Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) MLAs during the recently concluded legislative council elections.
In a statement issued here today, Leelakaran has vehemently denied of having issued the statement carried by some local dailies that a deal had been struck between BJP MLAs and NC-Congress ministers at state guest house in Gandhi Nagar Jammu for voting in favour of the alliance candidates in Legislative Council elections. He has out-righty denied of having given any such statement.
