| Sanjeev made president of Sports Journalists’ body | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, April 17: Senior sports journalist of the state, Sanjeev Sharma has been made president of the Sports Journalists’ Association of Jammu and Kashmir in a meeting held here today.
Sanjeev, who is editor of the only sports news agency in the state—Sports & Allied News (SAN), was unanimous choice among the members present in today’s meeting.
It was also decided in the meeting to meet again in near future to elect other office bearers of the Association.
Those who attended today’s meeting included Shiv Chander Sharma (Sportsline), Sudhir Kumar (Kashmir Times), Vikas Abrol (Dainik Jagran), Amit Verma (Amar Ujala), Sumit Khajuria, Rahul Sharma (both SAN), Ravi Khajuria (Tribune) and Rajesh (JK Newspoint).
