| Conflict over Dogra certificate baseless | | 'Let people of two regions live in peace' | |

DOGRA certificate issue is not against the valley people, neither will it harm their interest. This certificate will help the Dogras of Jammu, irrespective of religion-Hindu, Muslim, Sikhs in getting special relaxation in height and chest in central forces. The fresh controversy on issuance of Dogra certificate in Kashmir particularly from separatist section is unwarranted. Early Times speak to students from different institutions in Jammu and seek their views on the issue.

Dogra certificate issue is known to same people and others are ignorant about it. Being a law student, I see no harm in giving this certificate to Jammu youth which will give them relaxation in terms of height and chest only in central paramilitary forces. This practice has been contusing since last many years and why people are raising controversy, I my self fail to under stand.

I belong to Ramban Distt of Jammu region and want same kind of benefit to youth of Kashmir. If Dogra certificate is issued to Jammu Youth, Same kind of Certificate under different name should be given to Kashmir, youth so that they don’t feel alienated. If govt want to do justice, they should treat every region at par- don’t make issue out of an non- issue.

I fully support the issuance of Dogra certificate and want to see other friends also supporting me. I appeal to al those who try to raise controversy kindly shun the path of conflict and see the people of both the regions living in peace and tranquillity. There are many other issues on which people can debate.

Dogra certificate should be supported by one and all. As a Jammuite, I fully support the dogra certificate issue as it will benefit them in getting relaxation in central paramilitary forces. In terms of hight and chest. So one should support this issue
