| JMC seals two shops for violation of land use | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, April 18:
The Jammu Municipal Corporation has sealed two shops for violation of land use of the specified area under the provisions of J&K Control of Building Operation Act 1988.
Under instructions from S C Sawhney Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Jammu, the enforcement Staff led by Chief Enforcement Officer while further intensifying and continuing the drive against the violation of land use and unauthorized constructions sealed two shops of Virender Singh Wallia at Extension Trikuta Nagar, Jammu which had been raised unauthorizedly and in violation of the land use of the area under the provisions of J&K Control of Building Operation Act 1988.
The said operation was carried out with the active co-operation and assistance of police force from Channi Himat Police Station and from District Police Line.
