| Cyclist held with 5 kg ganja | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 19: A cyclist was today apprehended by police at Kharote Morh in Kathua along with five kilograms of ganja.He was identified as Sanjay Kumar of Uttar Pradesh.
SSP, Kathua, J L Sharma said cops of industrial estate police post captured Sanjay at Kharote Morh during routine checking.A case was registered against him under section 8/20 of NDPS Act.
The SSP said the Kathua police had launched a campaign against drug smugglers in the district.
