| JMC seals Tower, shops | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, April 19:
The Jammu Municipal Corporation has sealed one Mobile towere and five shops for violation of land use of the specified area under the provisions of J&K Control of Building Operation Act 1988.
Under instructions from S C Sawhney Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Jammu, the Revenue Staff led by Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), sealed the tower of M/s Bharti Infratel Ltd at Pawan Saraswati Vidyala Building at H. No: 55, Dhountly Bazar, Panjthirthi, Jammu.
The local inhabitants had complained against the functioning of said tower and they have appreciated the action taken by Jammu Municipal Corporation by sealing of said tower.
Besides this, the enforcement Staff led by Chief Enforcement Officer while further intensifying and continuing the drive against the violation of land use and unauthorized construction sealed five no’s of shops of Sukh Ram Singh Son of Tara Chand of Plot No: 407 Opp Green Palace Lower Roop Nagar, Jammu which had been raised in violation of the land use.
The said operation was carried out with the active co-operation and assistance of police force from Janipur Police Station.
