I fully support the issue of Dogra certificate and hope the controversy will end soon on this issue. The youth of Jammu- Hindu, Muslim, Sikh and others are being benefited in getting relaxation in Army and other paramilitary forces. No one should oppose it and my other colleagues fully support it.
