Well, I fail top understand why people are opposing this issue. As you know, Dogra certificate is given to the youth of Jammu just to get relaxation in height and chest for recruitment in Army and central Paramilitary forces. People should not make an issue out of an mole as this is not going to harm anybody’s interest. I fully support Dogra certificate issue.
