I fully support the issue of Dogra certificate as it justifies the aspiration of people of Jammu region which has remained neglected for so many years. It was on March 25,2011, when Revenue Deptt issued order no Rev (LB) 69 of 2011 dated 25 March, 2011, that empowered Dogra including Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs of Jammu province to obtain Dogra certificate so that they enjoy certain relaxations in the rules governing recruitment to the Army and the central paramilitary forces.
