After Gadkari it is now turn of Bhim to act: PYC | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, April 21: Pradesh Youth Congress led by its senior Vice-President, R. S. Pathania, has stepped up the tempo seeking action against the Panthers MLAs for violating the party direction and voting for PDP candidates in the recently-concluded Legislative Council elections. Pathania said that suspension of seven BJP MLAs by the party high command for cross voting has set the tone for establishing high standards of ethics and parliamentary propriety for the legislators in J & K. The unjustified conduct of Panthers MLAs has provoked the party candidates. Pathania had demanded an inquiry on the same pattern in the case of Panthers MLAs. Pathania said that it is highly unfortunate that the MLAs who speak about corruption, accountability and maladministration within the Assembly have indulged in a worst sort of horse-trading by violating the party direction and voting for some other party. The Youth Congress reasonably suspects that large exchange of ‘booty’ has taken place while securing the votes of Panthers MLAs for PDP candidate.
