KATHUA, April 21: The Panchayat election is in full swing in Kathua and the candidates are extremely curious to see their names in wining slot after the polling.
Kuldeep Singh nominated his candidature for Sarpanch including six persons for panches namely Kamlesh Kour, Bishan Dass, Raj Kumar, Som Raj, Parshotam, Chadani Rani.
While speaking on the occasion the Kuldeep Singh said that state government has taken appreciable step to conduct the Panchayat election to address the grass root level problem of the people and the candidates who are going to contest the election should adopt the pro people approaches and should form the free frank and democratic environment.
