I am presently working as Advocate in High court and also am president, J&K Gujjars United front. I being a Jammuite don’t see any harm in issuance of Dogra certificate. This practice is continuing from Maharaja’s time and there is nothing new in it. This relaxation is extended upto Himachal Pradesh and other adjoining areas. I fully support and endorse this issue and unnecessary controversy is unwarranted.
