| NEETA RUNNING OUT OF RESOURCES, UNDER PRESSURE FROM PAK AGENCIES TO CARRY OUT SUBVERSIVE ACTIVITIES | | | Jammu,July 29 : One among top 20 wanted militants in India,presently hiding in Pakistan, Chief of Khalistan Zindabad force(KZF) Ranjeet Sigh 'Neeta' is facing crisis situation as he is fast running out of money to sustain his terror network in Jammu region. Highly placed sources told Kashmir Independent Press here on Saturday, Pakistani agency ISI has reportedly blocked funding to Neeta's terror group as he has failed to live up to their expectations. Intelligence reports suggest that after receiving the warning signals from his mentors, Neeta got in touch with his old contacts in Jammu and other border areas along the International border desperately seeking support of his old contacts to carry out subversive activities in and around Jammu city Sources said that,Neeta, who is presently operating from Sialkot in Pakistan, had already established contacts with atleast half a dozen sympathisers and old faithfuls in Jammu and are in regular touch with each other over mobile network.Sources said, the pressure is fast catching up with Neeta as time is running out for him.
Intelligence agencies also fear that militants operating under KZF banner may target few religious places besides strategic installations ahead of Independence day celebrations. Spread across border areas of RS Pura,Bisnah and Akhnoor,more than two dozen pointsman of 'Neeta' are presently busy regrouping themselves before striking big. Sources said the state police is already working overtime to break the back bone of Ranjit Singh Neetas network in the state and have increased surveillance in border areas to nab those working for him in Jammu.
