Being a woman, I endorse this certificate as this gives relaxation to youth of Jammu province to get in central paramilitary forces and Army. This is an non-issue and some vested elements are raising the fingers on this issue. Why Govt,. Is not coming out with a statement which rather gives air to such rumours. Jammu people will be ready for another agitation, if anything is going to dilute this certificate.
