As a proffessor and Jammuite, I fully support the Dogra certificate. The issue of Dogra certificate, which has snow balled into a major controversy in the state and further sharpened the regional angularities, but nothing came out of meeting which take place yesterday. The slogan for Dogra certificate is gathering tremendous support. One should twice before commenting on this issue.
