| Retd cop gets PF on HC directive | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 22: Justice J P Singh of state high court today came to the rescue of retired Headconstable Bhola Ram (80) fighting for provident fund benefits for the past 25 years.
On the court directive, the state counsel delivered a cheque of Rs 18,200 to the petitioner who was present in the court and sought ime to pay the interest.The court granted four weeks time as prayed by the state counsel topay the interest accrued on the PF amount of the petitioner.
