SRINAGAR, Nov 17
The Crime Branch Kashmir has produced challan against the then Naib Tehsildar Pattan now Tehsildar Sumbal Sonwari, Mr. Abdul Hamid Bhat the then office Patwari Pattan now Naib Tehsildar Pattan, Mr. Ghulam Ali Malla, Patwari Pattan Mr. Abdul Rashid Rather and other three civil persons hailing from Pattan in a case lodged under FIR No. 46/04, U/s 420,467,468,471,120-B, RPC in Police Station Crime Branch Kashmir, in the court of sub judge Pattan.
All these accused persons had cheated some persons by way of fraud and fabricated decree of some land situated at Village Malmoo Pattan in favour of the beneficiaries. |
