JAMMU: Displaying a rare act of honesty, a man, who today found a wallet on the Tawi bridge here, returned it to its owner. The purse contained Rs 10,000, police sources said.
Cop Harjeet Singh of Kunjwani lost his wallet on the Tawi Bridge. It was found by Darshan Singh of Patoli Brahmana, who also happened to be a cop, the sources added. Darshan later contacted Harjeet and returned the wallet to him. His act of honesty was appreciated by senior police officers. |
