LEH, April 24: The Urgan Rinpoche or Karmapa Rinpoche who was in news few weeks ago today reached Leh for his four days visit. Thousands of his followers since early morning kept waiting to get the glimpse of Karmapa Rinpoche.
The Karmapa Rinpoche is here for another four days. Today on the first day of his visit Karmapa Rinpoche first rushed from Airport to Chokang Vihara (Buddhist Temple) where he addressed the general public and monks.The Karmapa Rinpoche extends his condolence to all the departed souls of previous year flush flood in Leh.
The Ladakh Buddist Association and Gompa Association gave a welcome note to Karmapa Rinpoche at Chokhang Vihara Leh.
The Karmapa Rinpoche while addressing the general public at ChokangVihara Leh said that he is here on the invitation of Ladakh Buddist Association and Ladakh Gonpa Association. The Karmapa is schedule to leave on 28th of this month.
