I don’t know much about Dogra certificate but have heard from my friends. As per my knowledge, it is far the people who want to get relaxation in getting recruitment for central paramilitary forces and Army Dogra’ s includes Hindus, Muslim, Sikhs should be given their right. Kashmiri’s if they want should also be given same kind of relaxation and no region should feel discriminated.
