JAMMU, April 25: India bagged runners-up trophy losing to Denmark in the final of Ist World Roll Ball World Cup played at Shiv Chatarpati Sports Complex, Pune.
In all, 18 teams participated in inaugural World Cup meet, organised by Roll Ball Federation of India.
The 12-member Indian team was comprised of Abhishek Gupta of Jammu and Kashmir. The Team: Chetan Bandlwarkar (captain), Prabhkar Bhadwerav (vice Captain), Nikhil Oswal, Aditiya Ganeshvade, Akhil Pille (all Pune), Anish Singh, Ajit Singh, Ramesh Singh ( all Rajasthan), Dikshit Palecha (Kerala), Abhishak Gupta (Jammu), Harshit (Nagpur), Bharti Patil (Jalgoan) and Jyoti Parkash (Kerala).
