| Introduce supplementary exams for last semesters in JU: NSUI | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, April 25:
National Students Union of India (NSUI) has demanded supplementary examination provisions for last semester students of Jammu.
Issuing a press statement here today, state general secretary Arjun Singh Pathania said that students of Jammu University have a long pending demand of supplementary examination for last semesters.
He said that the students of last semester miss a half or full year if they happen to miss even one paper due to some competitive exam or illness or other engagements. He further said that JU should not hesitate in helping students to finish their degrees in time.
In addition to this, certain semesters are provided supplementary examination provisions without any base and reason, he added.
NSUI leader appealed to JU for providing such supplementary examinations for last two semesters.
