Drug peddlers flee after throwing bag of capsules | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Apr 25: A motorcyclist and his pillion rider sped away after throwing a bag of parvanspas capsules when they saw a police party carrying out checking of vehicles in Kathua town today.SSP, Kathua, J L Sharma said when the cops signalled the motorcyclist to stop, his pillion rider threw a bag on the road and then sped away. The mobike bore registration No PB08B/7876. The bag contained 5,500 parvanspas capsules, he informed. Sharma said the accused were later identified as motorcyclist Manga Ram alias Manga, son of Girdhari Lal of ward No 11, Kathua, and pillion rider Parshotam Kumar alias Hukki, son of Sain Dass of ward o 9, Kathua.A case in this regard was registered at the Kathua police station.
