| Sikh Intellectual Circle apprises people about Dasam Granth, | | No controversy in Sikh community | |

President of the Sikh Intellectual Circle, Jaspal Singh Mangal today said that controversy over Dasam Granth was settled decades back by the then Sikh stalwarts and religious dignitaries once for all.
Addressing a press conference, here today, Mangal further said that, it was then decided that Dasam Granth will in no case be given equal status as Sri Guru Granth Sahib.
He criticized the role of Prakash Singh Badal, who he alleged that by virtue of his holding the reins of SAD and SGPC was appeasing a section of politicians with aim of regaining political power in Punjab. Others present on the occasion included Gurdev Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Surjeet Singh and Mohan Singh Kala.
