| Fake gun licence scam: SDM's police remand extended | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 25: In the fake gun licence case, special judge anti-corruption, A K Koul today extended by two days police remand of former Mendhar SDM Mukhtiar Ahmed and Qasim Hussain.The accused were produced in the court today. Koul observed that the accusation attributed to the accused was of serious nature and required their detailed and custodial investigation and ordered the extension of their police remand by two days.He also directed the police IO to get the medical examination of accused conducted after every 48 hours.
