Well, at present, I am not in a position to comment on this issue, though I have heard about it. As you know, we are here to meet people of different sections, regions and to submit our report to Govt. of India. This issue seems to be rising from last many days and through newspapers. I came to know about Dogra certificate. First, I will go to Delhi and go into the Details of it and then will be able to comment on this issue which seems to be very sensitive.
