I fully support the Dogra certificate and hope the unnecessary controversy will soon die down. I as a president, Vishwa Hindu parishad and as a Jammuite endorse the Dogra certificate issue and nobody should be allowed to play with the sentiments of the people of Jammu. Dogra certificate is given to all including Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs and others of Jammu province.
