| Sansar Oil Mill owners booked for trespassing | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Apr 26: Sansar Chand son of Dhani Ram and Manu Mahajan son of Dhani Ram resident of Gandhi Nagar , both owners of Sansar Oil Mill, were arrested by Gangyal Police on the allegation of forcibly trespassing into a piece of land of belonging to someone else. ther.
A case under section 447,379,201 RPC has been registered against them. The complainant Sohail Gupta of Trikuta Nagar in his complaint alleged that Sansar Oil Mill owners have trespassed his piece of land and to hide the evidence, they also stole a heap of soil from his land measuring 1 kanal 10 marlas under khsra number 773 situated in Channi Himmat opposite Satyam Resort.
The piece of land falls in the jurisdiction of Gangyal Police station. On the complaint, an inquiry was ordered by DC Jammu Sanjeev Verma. Inquiry committee in its report confirmed that both brothers Sansar Chand and Manu Mahajan have made bid to encroach a piece of land which belongs to Sohail. Commission also indicated that both the accused have also stole a heap of soil to hide their act. On the basis of report, SHO Gangyal Rajinder Kumar lodged a case against them and produced Challan accordingly.
