| Slathia felicitates of Parmandal panches | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, APRIL 27:- Minister for Industries and commerce Mr S.S Slathia today feliciatated newly elected Panchayat members of Parmandal block of district samba.
The Minister appreciated the electorate for participating in large scale in the recently held Panchayat election in Parmandal block. He hoped that popular panches of the people will work hard and come to the expectation of the public.
The Minister said that the chief Minister was committed to hold panchayat elections to devolve powers to the local representatives. He said after a long period, the government is going to put in place the institutions of local governance to make the common man real master.
