| Week-long sports meet of Pattan zone starts | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, April 28: A week-long inter-school sports meet of zone Pattan in district Baramulla got underway today under the banner of Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS).
“During the seven-day event, competitions in both boys and girls under-14 and under-17 year categories shall take place in kho-kho, kabadi and volleyball,” Zonal Physical Education Officer, Pattan, Hira Lal Pandita told SAN.
Earlier, the competitions were declared open by Principal of host, Higher Secondary School, Pattan, Romana Qadri. In all, 35 institutions are taking part in this inter-school meet.
