| CII organizes industrial visit for KIMT students | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, April 28: To bridge the gap between the things taught in the institutes and the basic practical knowledge required by the industries, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), J & K State Council organised an industrial visit for the students of KAWA Institute of Management & Technology to Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd one of the best pharma company.
G B Chourasia, General Manager Productions, Virender Singh Sambyal Manager Engineering Wing, and Dharmender Gautam Manager Stores interacted with the students and shared the management practices followed by the Group.
During the visit the students were acquainted to the organizational structure, production processes, functioning of various technical departments, measures taken to preserve the environment.
The visit also provided a unique opportunity to the students to interact with the Industrial Management The visit helped the students to understand the organizational behavior and the culture existing in the corporate world.
