| DM asks cinema hall owners to submit documents | | Renewal of Licences | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, April 28:
In order to process the case for renewal of cinema license, District Magistrate (DM), Jammu asked the cinema hall owners to furnish the requisite documents to this office within two week’s time.
The DM further asked the owners that their documents should contain approved building plan of cinema hall, Permission/Sanction regarding alteration of premises, if done, Disaster Management plan, in case of any eventuality, Parking plan with respect to seating capacity and parking rates being charged with the copy of approval of competent Authority, Rates of entry tickets being charged, NOC from Public Works Department regarding safety of structure, PDD, PHE, and Fire & Emergency Services Department, Approved rates of eatables being sold at Canteen outlet, Clearance certificate from Excise Commissioner and number of Government advertisements publicized by the owners.
