| Director Colleges releases college magazines HIRA | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
KATHUA, April 29:
Director Colleges, Prof. Sham Lal Gupta today released 2nd edition of college Magazine HIRA: 2011 at a very sober function held at Government Girdhari Lal Dogra Memorial Degree College, Hiranagar.
He appreciated the Principal Dr. Nater Singh Rainas efforts for providing various platforms to young students for the exposure of their literary talent.
A newly installed generator was made functional today in the presence of the chief guest. The new college bus provided by the state Government also started plying for the student today. The director also surveyed the construction of a multipurpose hall inside the college campus. He also had an interaction with the college faculty members.
The other dignitaries who were present in the function were J.L. Sharma, SSP, Kathua, Dhananter Singh, Under Secretary Higher Education Department and other officials of Higher Education Department.
Prof Shally Gupta presented vote of thanks on the occasion.
