Chief Secretary visits IMPA complex | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, April 29: Chief Secretary, Madhav Lal today visited the under construction complex of the regional branch of Institute of Management & Public Administration (IMPA) near Sidhra. Being built over a cost of Rs. 10.45 crore, the complex is expected to be operationalised by the middle of this year. During the visit the Chief Secretary went round various sections of the building and enquired about the facilities to be provided at the complex. He directed that work on the hostel block be started immediately. He also asked for inbuilt computerization and immediate furnishing of the complex. The Chief Secretary later interacted with the management of the regional branch. Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Mr. B. B. Vyas, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, Pawan Kotwal, Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, Sanjeev Verma accompanied the Chief Secretary. Earlier on his arrival, the Chief Secretary was received by Director General IMPA, Abdul Hamid, MD, JKPCC, Tehseen Mustafa, Joint Director, IMPA, Sunita Anand and Deputy Director, IMPA, Kusum Sharma.
