| Rates of riding/ pack ponies fixed for Amaranth yatra | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
ANANTNAG, April 29:
In connection with ensuing Shri Amaranth Ji Yatra 2011 the Deputy commissioner (yatra officer), Anantnag, Syed Kifayat Hussain Resvi has fixed rates of Ponies, Labourers, Dandies and Tentage etc. Therates for Yataries, from Chandanwari to Holy Cave and back, for
Dandi with eight persons has been fixed Rs.. 13000 with higher charges of Rs. 350 whereas, Rs. 1800 has been fixed for a labour (20 kg load) and Rs. 2000 of labour with pithoo.
The rates of Riding/ Pack Ponies from Chandanwari to Pisu top and back Rs 800, from Chandanwari to Zojipal and back Rs 900 Chandanwari to Sheshnag and back Rs 1500, Chandanwari to Mahagunas Top and back Rs 1900, Chandanwari to Poshpathri and back Rs 2000, to Panjtarni and back Rs. 2400 and from Chandanwari to Holy cave and back Rs. 3200.
Similarly the rates from Panjtarni to holy Cave and back of Dandies, Ponies and Labourers has been fixed Rs 2100 Rs 700 and Rs 300 respectively.
