| Jammu, Kashmir divisions’ PF subordinate staff to form joint union | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, April 29:
The representatives of Sub-ordinate staff members of Divisional Provident Fund (PF) Office Kashmir held a joint meeting with Sub-ordinate staff members Divisional Provident Fund office Jammu to discuss the various problems being faced by them.
In the meeting, the members raised objections regarding the promotion avenues which have been reduced by issuing of unlawful and un-constitutional Recruitment Rules by the Government under its Order No: 24 L&E of 2011 dated: 8.4.2011 without seeking objections from the concerned quarters like a Board of Trustees, Provident Fund Commissioner, the main supreme of the Organization and aggrieved staff.
Almost all the Subordinate staff members of Divisional Provident Fund office Jammu and representatives of Divisional Provident Fund Office Kashmir participated and spoke about the problems of the employees who are stagnated from decades together. The main focus was on the deep rooted conspiracy of a lobby working against the interests of subordinate employees and the unconstitutional and unlawful recruitment rules are the result of the same conspiracy.
It was unanimously decided to constitute a joint union of Subordinate staff members of the Organization for both the Divisions of the State to initiate the steps for the welfare and safeguard of fundamental rights of the Sub-ordinates.
