| Cop, 2 women among 4 held as police busts sex racket | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 29: Police today busted a sex racket in Poonch and arrested four persons, including a police cop and two women, in this connection.
The accused were identified as IRP 9 Bn cop Abdul Rehman, who at present was posted at Surankote, Imitiaz Ahmad, Afia Begum and Tasveer Akhtar.
Of the two women, one was wife of a seopy, while the other was a divorcee, police sources said.
Sources said the two women were allegedly running the brothel for the past some time in a rented room at Ajot in Poonch.Acting on a tip-off, police raided the room today and arrested the accused while they were alleged to be in a compromising position, the sources added.A case was registered against them under relevant sections of law.
