JAMMU, April 30: Semi-finals position has been cleared in senior snooker event in the ongoing Jammu District Open Billiards and Snooker Championship, organised by J&K Billiards and Snooker Association at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here today.
Cueists making it to the last four stages are Vishal Abrol, Kamal Rohmetra, Mohit Mahajan and Ishuk Chowdhary. Now, in the semi-finals, to be played tomorrow, Vishal shall take on Ishuk at 3.30 pm while Mohit shall lock horns against Kamal at 12.30 pm.
Earlier, in the quarterfinals, played today, Vishal and Ishuk were given a tough fight by the opponents before they lost 2-3 in full five frame games.
Meanwhile, the draws for junior billiards shall take place tomorrow at 1 pm and the matches shall start from May two.
