| Court issues notice for appearance of Anara | | |
Jammu, Nov 18
Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu Mr. Sanjay Dhar today issued notice to Anara Gupta ex-Miss Jammu, who was allegedly involved in a much publicized porno-CD case.
Court after hearing Chief Prosecuting Officer appearing for the Special Investigation team, seeking cancellation of bail on the ground that despite summons, she has not appeared before the Investigation team as such violated the conditions, which were imposed upon her in the bail grating order.
Chief Judicial Magistrate also issued notice to Kumar Sambhav, brother of Anara Gupta, to show cause as to why surety bond be not forfeited.
It is worthwhile to mention here that on the direction of CJM Jammu for re-investigation of the case, the DGP has constituted a Special Investigation Team for conducting investigation in the porno-CD case.
