ICJ confers membership to Jamwal | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, May 1: International Council of Jurists (ICJ) has conferred membership to Advocate Bharat Singh Jamwal for a period of five years. Jamwal, a son of the soil and born to family of agriculturists in a remote village of Tarlokpur, tehsil and district Samba, will be a member of ICJ from 2011 to 2016. He has touched a milestone and has been conferred a rare distinction of the membership of ICJ having its Headquarter at London. He is a Law Graduate from prestigious Jammu University. Jamwal is also on the rolls of Supreme Court Bar Association and has been practicing law in almost all disciplines, including Constitutional, civil, Criminal, Arbitration, in the High Court of J&K at Jammu and also in Tribunals and Revenue Courts. He is also a Standing Counsel for Union of India for J&K High Court, Jammu Bench.
