| Cash, jewellery stolen from army man's house | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, May 01: Unknown burglars stole a cash of Rs 2.3 lakh and gold jewellery from an army man's house at Galad near Mendhar in Poonch. Police sources said the burglars broke into the house of Naik Mohammad Ahmad, son of Latief, at Galad and decamped with Rs 2.3 lakh in cash, five tolas of gold jewellery, a camera, CDs and blankets. Ahmad, a Naik with 13 Bn of JAKLi in Punjab, had come home on leave. Though police had registered a case in this connection, the accused were yet to be identified and arrested. |
