JAMMU, May 02: Organised by Jammu and Kashmir Weightlifting Association, the 21st State Championship shall take place at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium here from May 22.
This was decided in a meeting of the Association held under the chairmanship of its president, Harbajan Singh. Among others, who attended the meeting were G R Beig (secretary), Mahesh Sharma, Pummy, Atul Khanna, Om Parkash Gupta, Inderpal Singh and Yudhvir Singh, a handout issued here today informed.
The organizers have invited entries from interested lifters for this two-day meet. The entries must reach the organizing committee on or before May 20, the handout added.
