| Several candidates file nominations for Panchayat polls | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 2: Seven more candidates have filed nomination papers for Panchayat elections in Kot-Bhalwal block, which is going to poll on May 25.
According to reports, five candidates filed their nomination papers for Sarpanches while two filed their papers for Panches in Block Bhalwal.
The candidates filed their nomination in the office of ARO office Kote.
Rakesh Gupta and Naseer Alam filed their nomination papers for Sarpanch Upper Kote and Keren Panchayats respectively while Subhash Sharma filed nomination papers for Sarpanch in Patoli Brahmna Panchayat and Vibhishan Singh filed his papers from Malpur Panchayat for Sarpanch.
K D Raina filed his nomination papers for Sarpanch from Panchayat Bhagani, Bhalwal Block,
Ayoob Khan and Karan Singh filed their nomination papers for Panches in Keran and Upper Kote panchayat respectively.
On the occasion of filing nomination papers, the nominees were accompanied by their supporters, who were raising slogans in favour of their candidates.
