| SVO presents challan against grameen bank manager | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 02: The state vigilance organisation (SVO) today presented challan in the court of special judge anti-corruption here against Daleep Kumar Bhat, who was caught red handed in a
corruption case when he was grameen bank manager, Pargwal.He was caught on June 14 last year while accepting a bribe of Rs 5,000 from complainant Parmanand of Nikowal for the release of loan
amount.
After his arrest, Bhat was booked under section 5(2) of PC Act, 2006, read with section 161 of RPC.
After the completion of investigation in the case, SVO presented challan in the court of special judge anti-corruption, Jammu. ( JNF)
