Human rights watch welcomes killing of Obama | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, May 3: The Jammu and Kashmir Human Rights Watch state appreciated world’s most wanted terrorist Laden’s killing by US forces in Pakistan. In statement issued here by B L Kapoor , it said that the killing of Laden has sent a reason for people of the world to felt joyous and expressed happiness for safeguarding them from the terrorism. He said that the state has been badly hit by the terrorism, the proxy war has been continuing in the state for the last two decades resulting hurdles in the developmental process, disturbance in normal lives, lost of bread earning resources and helped boosting injustice and corruption. He also added that the so called terrorism has not only hit the all process towards human welfare but given birth to very dangerous and terrible evil like corruption especially in the state of J&K where the corruption has become the fashion of the day. He alleged that in government offices, no work is done without bribe and the innocent and the poor people are fed up. He stated that there is rampant corruption going on and the senior and higher authorities have joined hands with the culprits, criminal, and the subordinate staffs for the vested interest in boosting corruption. He mentioned the dream of Omar Abdullah, the CM of state for making the state a model state not coming come true in presence of militancy and corruption going on there in district Rajouri. Kapoor appreciated the announcement of CM for uprooting the corruption and apprehending the crocodiles instead of small fish but it is no use announcing or commitments until they ae implemented on the ground level.
