IDP raises voice against corruption | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Kathua, May 3: The activists of International Democratic Party (IDP) staged one day protest dharna in the tehsil office Hiranagar under the leadership of district Kathua general secretary B.L Kandaly against the increasing level of corruption in Jammu and Kashmir on all fronts. They raised the slogan to expel the BJP and other MLAs who has taken lot of amount to defame the pride of assembly and democracy and hurt the sentiments of the innocent people of the state. While addressing the dharna Kandaly said that the corrupt practice is the most heinous social crime and anti national activity which has taken its deep roots in all the government as well private sector which is mainly caused by the most of the bureaucrats, top politicians and others. He said that the state as well as entire country has collapsed on all fronts due the corruption and the people have lost their great faith in the politicians and this rotten so called democratic set of the country. He said that IDP has launched its struggle against the corruption since long with effective result oriented ways and also appealed to get involved in the movement against the corruption which is carried out by the IDP. In the protest dharna Ram Paul Sharma, Sudesh Sharma, Janda Singh, Baldev Singh, Ram Lal, Rinku Singh, Charan Singh, and Mohinder Singh were present.
