JKNPP urges coalition govt to resign | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, May 3: Ministers and legislators of the Ruling Coalition Congress & National Conference have made mockery of the nature of and process of the ongoing panchayat elections in the state. This was stated by While addressing media persons, General Secretary of JKNPP Hari Chand Jalmeria alleged that ministers of the ruling coalition are misusing official machinery. He said that these ministers are busy campaigning in elections threatening and alluring the voters to cast votes in favour of their proxy candidates. He maintained that it is not only violation of the election code of conduct but also unethical on the part of these parties. Jalmeria has urged election commission to take action against the Minister for using official Machinery in elections. He asked coalition government to resign taking moral responsibility of indulging in corrupt practices during Legislative Elections and being the beneficiary of the same.
